Special Event Sitters with a party twist!

We can provide some peace of mind for your next conference or special events!

Where is the party held?

We are a full-service party business. We come to your location! You reserve the party space and we will show up to give you a wonderful party!
 

How do I make a reservation for an Event Sitter?

Upon contacting us a reservation form will be sent out to you. To  guarantee service please reserve you event promptly. We require a 50% deposit of your party choice within 5 days prior to event.

What is the maximuim of children we be allowed to attend?

There is not any. Just let us know an estimate so that will have enough sitters, food, and activities for all.

Are boys included in the party?

We have party gear for boys such as pirates, medieval, army hero’s, etc.

What is it that I need to provide for this party.

You will need to provide enough party space for the total amount of children that will be attending. Also, enough chairs and tables, if you select any party theme that requires a TV and VCR you will need to provide these items. If an infant is to attend please bring all necessary things to help sitters to assist with there needs. (car seat, seater, etc.).

Do you provide your service in more than one location?

Yes, If you wedding is in one location and the reception will be at another, we will relocate for a small fee. Parents/Guardians will need to sign children out and are responsible for their child's transportation.

Does it matter if the children are not the same age?

Not at all, we will have activities for all ages to enjoy.

Why should I book Special Event Sitters?

What should party guest wear?

Guest may were body suits, bath suits, slips, leotards, t-shirts and shorts. This makes it easier for the children to get dressed and without getting undressed.

What type of payments do you accept?

Money Orders, Cash, or Major Credit Cards. The day of the party we prefer cash. 

What happens if the is a NSF?

A fee of $25.00 is due for any payment returned for non-sufficient funds.
 
 
 
 

If I need to cancel what do I need to do?

If in the event you have to cancel, we will gladly arrange another date for your party as long as respectable notice is given. Your deposit is non-refundable,  but can be put towards another party date which must be held in 60 days.
 
 

Who is responsible for liability and damages?

Special Event Sitters assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. Your party host will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated with careSpecial Event Sitters is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions.

 

What is the traveling fee when transferring to another site?
 

There it is a $25.00 fee to travel outside of a 30 mile raidus. 

How can I partner with you as a professional planner?

We are always looking for planners as well a venues to partner with. You will be able to provide your client with these unique sitting services for a small get away or relaxation time. We will work closely with your company,and all vendors in order to create a fantastic event.
