you do is just arrive at a location of our choice and we will take care of all attention to detail. You and your guests will

Outdoor wedding Ceremonies are set up at you
local park complete with tents and lighting.
Planning your outdoor wedding, making
full use of the grounds, gives you the most options for your wedding to take full advantage of the outdoors. This includes
the use of the ceremony site, the garden area, and the pond-side reception site.

A one hour consulting session each month prior to the
wedding
·
Establish and execute a wedding plan and budget customized
to the bridal couple’s needs and desires
·
Research, pricing, and availability of vendors for
your entire event
·
Create a personalized timeline and monthly task list
·
Contact vendors and schedule appointments
·
Review vendor contracts and negotiate discounts and/or
add-on services
·
Send out confirmation letters to vendors one month
before and make follow-up calls the week of the wedding
·
Email the wedding day itinerary to each vendor
·
Create information cards for the wedding party with
times and duties for each person
·
Assist in the development of a floor plan and table
arrangement for your reception venue
·
Advice and suggestions for music, floral decorations,
and tabletop designs for the ceremony and reception including creative ideas that are cost-efficient

Assist with seating arrangements
